This season's Cook the Book will feature: Kugels & Collards, by Rachel Gordin Barnett and Lyssa Kligman Harvey. 

Sign up to bring a dish (we promise- the recipes won't be hard!) and if you can't cook something, you're welcome to bring wine or dessert (options are on the drop down menu when you register). Next to the dish you will see the number of slots open for each dish. If it is filled you can pick something else.

We ask that you make one time each recipe. You are not expected to scale it up to feed the entire group. You'll notice some of my notes in red in the recipe packet to help guide some of the ambiguities.

How the event works: We'll gather at 6:30pm for wine and setup (we can re-heat on site, as needed). We'll enjoy our potluck meal at 7pm and we'll enjoy a conversation about the book, the recipes and the holiday. 

Cooks of ALL levels are welcome to try something new!
