Keeping Hope and Faith When the News Keeps Getting Worse

Keeping Hope and Faith When the News Keeps Getting Worse

Watercolor, Design an image that embodies hope and optimism ...

Join the Shaaray Tefila Social Club for a candid conversation with
Rabbi Mosbacher about resilience and community

Thursday, March 7th 6:30 - 8:00 p.m.

Global crises of war, poverty, hunger and climate are relentless. How can we cultivate the strength of collective responsibility and build resilience rather than despair, for our generation and for the next generation? How can being in community encourage imagination, convey hope and create opportunity?

Snacks and dessert will be provided.
Registration in advance is appreciated.
This event is open to both congregants and non-congregants.

Shaaray Tefila Social Club is for adult members - regardless of gender, marital status, or family structure - who are interested in building community and creating friendships through social and educational engagement at Temple Shaaray Tefila. We think of ourselves as “freebirds” who want to be part of a vibrant social community, and who are at a stage in life where we are looking for communal engagement through active and varied programming.  We strive to build connections through fun social events and cultural programs and deepen engagement in Jewish life through thematic learning opportunities.
