Do you wish you could be more present in your life? Did you know that there are deeply rooted Jewish practices that can help us all do that. Join Rabbi Mosbacher for four sessions in person at Shaaray Tefila as we meditate, sing, a study in ways that can help us feel more grounded and present to the moments in our lives. No previous experience required.
